Job Description
• Own and drive EHS strategy across 4 sites (Mineral Wells, Greensboro, and 2 CA locations)
• Balance strategic initiatives (~60%) with hands-on shop floor presence (~40%)
• Develop and conduct safety training programs (orientation, emergency response, awareness)
• Maintain OSHA documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
• Lead investigations into safety incidents, near misses, and first aid cases
• Perform regular safety audits and implement corrective actions
• Manage workers comp and insurance programs
• Drive risk prevention initiatives (hazmat, ergonomics, fire safety, etc.)
• Partner with finance on budgeting and cost control
• Oversee facilities and maintenance operations to ensure safe environments
• Lead and develop a team of 6 (3 EHS professionals, 3 interns)
This role is roughly 130K salary with 12.5% bonus

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in EHS / Safety
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations (local, state, federal)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with incident investigations (recordables, near misses, root cause analysis)
• Experience with OSHA recordkeeping and compliance processes
• Experience conducting audits and identifying safety risks
• Experience building and delivering safety training programs
• Leadership experience (direct reports or team oversight)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Bachelors Degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field
• Multi-state EHS experience
• Experience with ergonomics and behavior-based safety programs
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Experience overseeing facilities/maintenance teams
• Experience working in ISO 9001 environments
