We’re now focused on individuals in the 10-15 year experience range, project managers/construction managers that fit the following, or those with a “project engineer” title that have in reality been acting-PMs:
General:
• Focus should be for candidates that are on the contractor / GC side (less Owner’s rep)
• Exposure and experience with self perform execution
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience

Manufacturing Side Specific Experience (Base Build):
• Semiconductor
• Solar
• Battery
• Clean rooms
• Specifically looking for the individuals who have managed from greenfield thru completion – not just tool installation
• $ value of responsibility $100M+
Refining/Industrial Side:
• Fabrication shop management (this can be a sole focus for a single candidate)
• Petrochemical, oil & gas, lithium, gas plants
• Module assembly, fabrication
• Greenfield experience more valuable than brownfield-only/turnaround management
• $ value of responsibility $100M+
