Job Description

One of Insight Global’s major clients is seeking a highly organized and strategic Technical Program Manager to lead and deliver complex, high-impact security initiatives across hyperscale data center environments with a strong focus on compliance, resiliency, operational readiness, and risk reduction. This role provides strategic oversight and execution leadership for critical security programs, particularly projects where original deployment scope was deferred, partially completed, or requires remediation to meet evolving business, regulatory, or operational requirements. Daily responsibilities include:

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for complex security initiatives across hyperscale data center environments.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful execution and timely completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive alignment, accountability, and progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project status, identify risks and issues, and drive mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with scope, operational requirements, compliance expectations, and enterprise standards.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and drive timely resolution of issues that may affect schedule, security posture, compliance, or operational continuity.
• Assess existing deployments, identify scope gaps or remediation needs, and lead coordinated efforts to bring projects into alignment with enterprise requirements and operational expectations.
• Support readiness activities that ensure security solutions are properly deployed, documented, tested, and transitioned for ongoing operations.
• Drive risk reduction initiatives by partnering with stakeholders to prioritize remediation activities, close control gaps, and improve execution discipline.
• Develop reporting and escalation mechanisms that provide leadership with visibility into program status, risks, blockers, and business impact.
• Support programs that address regulatory, business, and operational requirements by aligning delivery efforts with established standards, controls, and compliance expectations.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, operational efficiency, and organizational maturity across technical security programs.
• Evaluate existing workflows and recommend improvements to streamline coordination, strengthen accountability, and improve delivery outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to define future-state processes, remediation strategies, and maturity roadmaps that support long-term program success.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance scalability, consistency, and execution quality across the organization.
• Develop, maintain, and improve program documentation, project plans, status reports, executive summaries, and operational readiness materials.
• Create structured, easy-to-follow documentation that enables teams to execute projects consistently and transition completed work effectively into operations.
• Facilitate communication between security, engineering, construction, infrastructure, operations, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Provide clear project updates, risk summaries, decision briefs, and executive-level reporting to leadership.
• Build strong working relationships across internal teams and external partners to support strategic initiatives and effective program execution.
