Insight Global’s top data client is seeking a Network/Telecom Data Center PM to support the deployment of fiber. This role will be an operational site role supporting low voltage/telecom scope. Multiple projects will be involved ranging from different budget, timelines, and scopes. They will have to manage budget as well as managing large groups of technicians on an operational scale. This role will involve stakeholder, workflow, contractor & procurement management, scope development, pre-construction, construction, and close out process prior to project completion. There are multiple openings in multiple locations in Texas: Vernon, Haskell, and Amarillo.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in large-scale mission-critical, industrial, or data center environments
Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience - MEP
Experience serving as an Owner’s Representative or directly managing General Contractors on behalf of the owner
Strong knowledge of data center construction processes, including site development, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes
Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and contractor performance
Ability to oversee multiple vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders simultaneously
Experience leading construction meetings, driving issue resolution, and holding contractors accountable to deliverables
Strong understanding of construction documentation, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project reporting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability and willingness to work onsite full-time near Wichita Falls, TX throughout the duration of the project
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
This individual will serve as Client's onsite Owner’s Representative, acting as the eyes and ears of the organization throughout the construction lifecycle of a major data center development. They will be responsible for overseeing General Contractors and key trade partners to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to project specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site walks, leading construction progress meetings, reviewing schedules and contractor deliverables, managing project risks and escalations, coordinating with internal Google stakeholders, and driving resolution of field issues that could impact project timelines. This person will maintain a constant onsite presence, holding contractors accountable while providing leadership and visibility across all phases of construction from ground-up development through commissioning and handoff.
