Job Description

Acts as the field lead for turnaround and outage activities at site, overseeing both planning and execution phases to ensure safe, efficient delivery. Responsible for coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to enforce safety standards, QA/QC compliance, and adherence to schedules while also supporting development of work packages and planning deliverables. Serves as the primary interface between field execution teams, maintenance projects, and turnaround leadership, driving performance across safety, quality, cost, and schedule. Monitors contractor productivity, manages field-level changes, verifies materials and equipment, and partners with QA/QC teams to resolve issues. Provides oversight of permitting processes including JSA reviews and LOTO, supports commissioning and system completion, and coordinates audits and site inspections while maintaining strong communication across all stakeholders and mentoring junior team members.

Required Skills & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required

10+ years (15+ preferred) of experience in construction and turnaround environments

Broad discipline experience across:

Civil, Structural, Mechanical/Piping
Electrical & Instrumentation
Scaffolding, Insulation, Painting

Experience in industrial or marine environments preferred
Familiarity with:

Hot/Cold taps
Pile installation


Strong understanding of OSHA 1910 & OSHA 1926 standards
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Valid driver’s license required
TWIC card required (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
