Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst specializing in HR AI transformation to support a global HR organization in identifying, analyzing, and implementing AI-driven solutions across key HR functions.
This role will sit at the intersection of HR strategy, technology, and data, with a heavy focus on Workday AI capabilities, Paradox conversational chatbots, and AI-enabled automation tools. The Business Analyst will partner closely with HR leadership, IT, and product teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions that improve efficiency, enhance the employee and candidate experience, and drive operational excellence.

HR AI Use Case Analysis & Requirements Gathering
Partner with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning & Development, etc. to identify and document AI use cases
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation
Develop business requirement documents, workflows, and acceptance criteria for AI-enabled HR solutions
Evaluate capabilities within Workday AI and Paradox chatbot platforms to align solutions with HR workflows (recruiting, onboarding, employee support)

Process Optimization & Solution Design
Analyze current HR processes to identify opportunities for automation and AI enablement
Design future-state workflows leveraging conversational AI, predictive analytics, and self-service tools
Support prioritization of initiatives by assessing business value, scalability, and feasibility
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure optimal solution design and system alignment

AI Implementation & Testing Support
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during implementation of Workday AI and Paradox chatbot solutions
Support configuration efforts by ensuring requirements are clearly defined and understood
Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking
Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and user expectations

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within HR, HRIS, or digital transformation environments
Experience supporting AI, automation, or technology-driven process improvement initiatives
Strong understanding of core HR functions (Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, L&D, etc)
Proven ability to create business requirements, user stories, process maps, and test cases
Experience working with cross-functional, global stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
