Job Description

An employer is seeking a Program Manager to support a newly evolving executive leadership structure focused on commercial strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and enterprise program execution. This role will align closely with the CEOC and senior leadership, including executives overseeing sales, marketing, and workforce technology.
The organization is currently undergoing transformation following the addition of a new executive leader responsible for commercial operations. As part of this shift, there is a need to define ownership across initiatives, establish decision-making frameworks, and operationalize new solutions for enterprise clients.
This Program Manager will be responsible for leading multiple high-visibility initiatives from inception through completion, including defining scope, managing timelines, overseeing budgets, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. The projects will primarily focus on building and commercializing solutions, developing advisory services, and evolving go-to-market and incentive strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving 2–3 concurrent projects (up to 4–5 at peak) across commercial and technical workstreams
Establishing structure, accountability, and governance across executive stakeholders
Partnering with C-suite leaders to prepare for executive-level meetings, including CEOC summits and board updates
Managing stakeholder alignment and decision-making across multiple leaders with overlapping ownership
Leading planning efforts for initial projects within the first 90 days, with key milestones including an August CEOC summit and September board meeting
Collaborating with a Project Coordinator (to be added) for operational support
Ensuring successful delivery of programs spanning solution development, commercialization, and enterprise support strategy
This role requires a highly strategic and detail-oriented leader who can thrive in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment and drive clarity and execution at the executive level.
