Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead a high-priority modernization initiative focused on replacing a legacy, end-of-life document generation system with a new third-party vendor solution.
This individual will own the product lifecycle end-to-end and serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and external vendors. The role is highly cross-functional and will require strong leadership, systems thinking, and the ability to drive alignment across multiple organizations.
This is a high-visibility initiative that directly impacts client-facing outputs, requiring strong attention to accuracy, scalability, and regulatory compliance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery through implementation and delivery
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Define and drive integration strategy across multiple internal systems and a third-party vendor
- Partner with engineering teams to support solution design and execution
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including product, engineering, compliance, and business teams
- Manage vendor implementation, including communication, alignment, and delivery tracking
- Build and maintain product roadmap and ensure adherence to delivery timelines
- Drive executive-level communication and stakeholder alignment
- Establish success metrics, reporting, and performance tracking for document generation and distribution

Required Skills & Experience

- 7–10+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Business/Systems Analysis (at a strategic level)
- Proven experience leading end-to-end product delivery in complex, enterprise environments
- Strong experience with system integrations and multi-application ecosystems
- Experience working with third-party vendors / vendor implementations
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions
- Experience working across both technical teams (engineering/architecture) and business stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience interacting with executive stakeholders
- Experience with requirements documentation, process mapping, and solution design

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments
- Familiarity with document generation or document management systems
- Exposure to reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports or similar)
- Experience defining metrics, reporting frameworks, and performance tracking
- Background working on high-visibility, client-facing platforms or products
