Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pantry Coordinator / Café Support Associate to support daily operations within a workplace café environment. This is a highly entry-level role ideal for candidates with basic food service experience who are dependable and eager to contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming employee space.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and pantry areas, including refrigerators, storage spaces, and service counters
Restock food, beverages, and supplies to ensure consistent availability throughout the day
Support café operations by assisting with light food service and ensuring a positive experience for employees
Monitor inventory levels and perform routine product counts
Dispose of expired items and ensure proper food safety and hygiene standards are followed
Provide general support to maintain a tidy, fully stocked, and functional café environment
Hourly Pay Rate is expected at $22/hr

Required Skills & Experience
0–2 years of experience in food service, hospitality, or similar environment preferred
Basic understanding of food handling and cleanliness standards
Strong reliability and punctuality—must be able to consistently show up and complete assigned tasks
Ability to follow instructions and work independently on routine responsibilities
Positive attitude and willingness to support a team-oriented environment
