Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Printer Technician to join one of our top healthcare provider's IT team in Baytown. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing a variety of printing equipment across the facility. This person will be working through the ServiceNow ticketing system to provide phone, email, and in person printer hardware support as needed to ensure all departments have reliable access to printing services. This is looking to pay between $23-25/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience providing printer support

Experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting printers

Hands on field technical support

Experience working with a ticketing system to resolve a technical issues

Customer centric, can-do attitude

Excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and high character
