• Develop a global HR AI roadmap aligned to organizational goals and transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging capabilities within Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents to assess applicability to HR workflows.
Program & Project Management
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting.
• Establish governance frameworks, project plans, timelines, and KPIs for AI implementation.
• Manage cross-functional teams including HR SMEs, IT, data teams, and external vendors.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise change management and technology release processes.
AI Implementation & Enablement
• Oversee the deployment of AI tools (Copilot, automation workflows, AI-powered insights, agents).
• Define requirements, user stories, and success criteria for AI solutions within HR processes.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow).
• Drive pilot programs and scale successful solutions globally.
Data, Compliance & Governance
• Ensure AI solutions align with data privacy, security, and compliance requirements across global regions.
• Establish governance for responsible AI usage within HR, including bias mitigation and transparency.
Monitor performance and continuously optimize AI models and workflows.
