Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support environmental compliance initiatives within a large-scale, nationwide program. This individual will sit onsite in Dallas, partnering closely with the EHS team to manage high-volume administrative and coordination activities across thousands of field sites. The role is heavily focused on time management, responsiveness, and execution, ensuring compliance-related tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. Day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating permit renewals and payments, tracking and summarizing air permits, scheduling testing and inspections, reviewing compliance and repair documentation, and managing regulated waste processes such as vendor scheduling, purchase orders, and invoice processing. This individual will act as a key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clerical support staff, ensuring workflows remain organized, data is accurately maintained, and all compliance documentation is audit-ready.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of project coordination or administrative coordination experience in a fast-paced environment (preferred EHS, construction, environmental or related industries)
Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads while maintaining strong attention to detail
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and maintain productivity in a dynamic environment
Experience following structured processes, policies, and workflows with high accuracy
Demonstrated ability to multi-task across multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and clients
Experience working in client-facing roles or professional onsite settings
Strong team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and accountability
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Background supporting compliance, permitting, or regulated environments
