Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Product Safety Triage Specialist to work onsite at their client's facility in Bangalore, India. This person will be reviewing incoming PC (laptop & desktop) cases from customers to determine if they are product safety related. If the case is related to product safety, they will submit the case into a Safety Incident Management (SIM) tool and route the case to the appropriate party (both internal and external). This person will also track aging cases to ensure that they are being addressed.
This role will be working onsite in Bangalore, India (Bagmane Tech Park area) with a typical schedule of Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm IST. Excludes holidays/festival days. Work from home options (1-2 days/week) may be available after the first 3 months, depending on performance.
Salary compensation: 3-6 LPA

Required Skills & Experience
Technical aptitude around PCs (laptops and desktops). Understanding basic differences between each.
Microsoft Office experience (Outlook and Excel)
Good follow up and organization skills, as well as attention to detail.
Good communication (both written & verbal)
Inquisitive about unfamiliar topics and willingness to learn, either on their own or through available trainings and documentation.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's is a IT related field of study
