Job Description
An Insight Global client in the Mercer, PA area is seeking a Field Desktop Support Technician to work in a hybrid environment supporting the company's infrastructure and business solutions. This role will support the company's employees and their use of client system technologies, maintaining high availability and productivity through personal computers, hardware, software, and other required IT assets. The ideal candidate will need to have strong interpersonal and telephone skills needed to troubleshoot and resolve tickets related to PC hardware, software, and peripherals from internal and external customers. Lastly, this role will require a thorough understanding of Windows operating systems, PC peripherals, LAN/WAN, and the ability to perform basic server administrative tasks, including users, modifying group memberships, and assigning rights. This role will be a contract to hire role paying anywhere from $30 - $35/hr based on years of experience.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Helpdesk/Desktop Support Technician
5+ years of experience utilizing Jira ticketing system or a similar ticketing system
5+ years of experience working in a Windows Operating System (Version 11)
Experience setting up and troubleshooting VOIP phones and Dell PC equipment
Experience setting up and troubleshooting multi-factor authenticator systems and Active Directory
Excellent customer service and communication skills
