Insight Global is looking for a We’re looking for a Fullstack Mobile Engineer to build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using .NET MAUI and React, along with backend services in Node.js. Responsibilities include to develop cross-platform mobile apps (Android & iOS) using .NET MAUI. Build and maintain APIs/services using Node.js. Work with React-based components where applicable. Collaborate with product and design teams. Debug and optimize app performance

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience building and shipping mobile applications (iOS and/or Android)
Strong experience with:
C# / .NET (backend + mobile MAUI preferred)
React with TypeScript (no JavaScript-heavy frameworks)
SQL and backend API development
Experience with REST API design and integrations
Strong understanding of mobile UX patterns, performance, and constraints
Experience with state management (Redux or similar)
Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
Ability to clearly explain technical decisions, tradeoffs, and architecture
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with .NET MAUI in production
Experience with performance tuning and debugging tools
Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (Copilot or similar)
Experience extracting or analyzing data from large codebases
