Job Description

Salary: 85k
This is a full-time, onsite role in Dallas, TX for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Safety Specialist. The main responsibility is to help keep workers safe and ensure the company follows all health, safety, and environmental rules and regulations. Day to day, this person will visit job sites to look for safety risks, train employees on proper safety procedures, and help prevent accidents before they happen. If an incident does occur, they will help investigate what happened and work on ways to avoid it in the future. They will also work closely with project teams and supervisors to make sure safety standards are being followed and that everyone is working in a safe environment.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of experience in health, safety, and environmental regulations and compliance
- Experience conducting risk assessments and managing safety incidents
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience training others

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience training employees on health and safety protocols
- Relevant certifications (CHST or similar)
- Coming from the construction or system integration industry
- Electrical background
