Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst that is expected to read published laws rules regulations and guidance’s (LRRGs), understand how they apply to internal line of business policies and map them to that policy. Maintain the inventory of LRRGs and mappings in the system of record and update the mappings as needed when policy language changes. Must be able to assess regulatory requirements against the companies line of business policy, controls and assessment proof points. Drive action plans to address any regulatory gaps and ensure accurate risk and compliance reporting. Will work closely with subject matter experts including Policy, Risk, Audit, Lines of Business, Legal, Compliance and external regulators as needed.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret laws, rules, regulations, and guidance (LRRGs) to determine applicability to IT and information security policies
- Map regulatory requirements to internal policies, standards, and control frameworks and maintain accurate documentation
- Perform gap assessments to identify misalignment between regulatory requirements and existing controls/processes
- Drive remediation efforts by partnering with stakeholders to close compliance gaps and reduce risk
- Maintain and update a centralized inventory of regulatory requirements and policy mappings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Policy, Risk, Audit, Legal, Compliance, and business teams

Required Skills & Experience
• 5–7 years of experience in Information Security, IT Risk, or IT Compliance
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience interpreting and applying regulatory requirements, policies, and control frameworks (e.g., GDPR, NIST, PCI)
• Proven experience conducting gap assessments and identifying misalignment between regulatory requirements and existing controls/processes
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Policy, Risk, Audit, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders
• Strong background in technology and/or cybersecurity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for tracking, analysis, and reporting
