Job Description
The Support Technician provides operational and administrative support to the IT Mobility Team by coordinating mobile device requests, tracking service activities, maintaining mobility records, and supporting day to day mobility operations. This role helps ensure consistency and visibility across Mobility processes by documenting procedures, assisting with process standardization, supporting governance activities, and contributing to accurate inventory and data tracking. The technician also develops and maintains reference materials, assists with mobility related documentation needs, and supports team efforts to improve workflow continuity and operational efficiency. Familiarity with mobile devices, cellular service environments, and IT support workflows is preferred to effectively aid the team’s operational and process improvement initiatives. 5 Days onsite M-F

Required Skills & Experience
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience performing administrative, operational, or technical support tasks in an IT, telecommunications, mobility, or similar environment is preferred.
Experience supporting cross-functional workflows, maintaining accurate records, tracking requests through completion, and assisting with process or procedure documentation is preferred.
Experience with ticketing systems, asset or inventory tracking

Mobile Device management would be a strong plus
