Job Description
An employer is seeking a Jr Project Manager to join their team in Spring, TX. He or she will be joining the Enterprise Data Services. This role is a junior project manager / business-facing coordinator who acts as the bridge between business teams (sales, finance, etc.) and technical/data teams. The main goal is to help the business understand their data and ensure the technical team builds the right dashboards, reports, and insights.
Responsibilities include:
Work with business stakeholders (sales, finance, etc.) to understand what data they need
Translate business needs into requirements for technical/data teams
Help manage and track projects related to dashboards, reporting, and analytics
Support delivery of data insights (ex: product performance, sales trends, SKUs)
Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and keep projects moving forward
Ensure teams are aligned and nothing gets lost between business and tech
This role is onsite 2-3 days a week and the hourly pay is $29/hr for a 2 year long contact.

Required Skills & Experience
2-4 years of experience as a Jr PM, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar
Strong PowerPoint and Excel capabilities
Attention to detail and strong business acumen
Ability to work in a Agile/Scrum eam
