Job Description
An Aerospace Company is currently executing a major industrial transformation program, aiming to rebalance and secure its global Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) footprint. This initiative involves transferring MRO activities between sites worldwide (notably within North America and Mexico) to strengthen industrial robustness, performance, and long term competitiveness.
As part of this program, the team is deploying enhanced and more robust MRO transfer methodologies, building on existing Safran standards while integrating lessons learned from recent large scale transfers. The successful execution of these transfers requires additional process definition, governance structure, and operational documentation, closely aligned with quality, project, and continuous improvement teams.
The role is dedicated to supporting the deployment and operationalization of enhanced MRO Transfer of Work processes while reinforcing project governance and continuous improvement practices at the Grand Prairie and Mexicali sites.
The mission is twofold:
1. MRO Transfer of Work Process Enhancement & Deployment
2. Support to Continuous Improvement & Project Governance (Obeya)
The position requires strong coordination with global transfer project managers, quality teams, and local continuous improvement teams.

o Site-to-site transfers (production line, process, or operations)
o Continuous improvement projects (Lean / Six Sigma)
• Exposure to:
o Gap analysis
o Process standardization
o Documentation-heavy environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (strong plus; Black Belt = bonus but not required)
• MRO experience (helpful but not required)
