Job Description

The QA Manager will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) across both manufacturing and high-risk field service operations. This role serves as the primary quality authority, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable ASME codes for engineered leak sealing enclosures, bolting and tensioning, hot tapping, and valve repair services. The QA Manager will oversee internal and external audits, manage non-conformance reporting (NCR) processes from identification through root cause and corrective action, and partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and HSEQ to embed a process-driven quality culture. This position manages a small but growing team of QC technicians, shifting quality ownership under centralized management control while empowering frontline teams through training, documentation, and audit-ready systems. There is significant opportunity to design, implement, and scale a modern, audit-centric quality program and help shape the long-term structure of the quality department.
