Insight global is looking for a Desktop Support Technician that is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role ensures that end-users receive timely and effective solutions to IT issues, maintaining productivity and minimizing downtime.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years in desktop support or IT helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- CompTIA A+
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
