Job Description
• Analyze and assess existing Excel spreadsheets, reports, and data sources
• Convert Excel-based reporting into Power BI dashboards and datasets
• Design and develop scalable Power BI data models using best practices
• Use Power Query to clean, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources
• Build interactive dashboards and reports tailored to business requirements
• Write and optimize DAX calculations for performance and accuracy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate reporting logic
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate manual Excel processes
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting solutions
• Provide documentation and training to end users as needed
Health, dental, and vision insurance options will be available. The standard pay rate or this position is expected to be between $55-$60 an hour based on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or Data Visualization Developer
• Strong experience converting Excel-based reports into Power BI dashboards
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and DAX
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema, relationships, etc.)
• Experience working with complex Excel files (formulas, pivot tables, large datasets)
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
