Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Manager, AI CoE – Product Enablement for one of our clients in Katy, TX. This individual will lead the design, deployment, and governance of enterprise AI solutions across a large retail environment, partnering closely with business, architecture, and security teams to deliver high-impact use cases. Day-to-day, you’ll build and optimize AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and the Power Platform, develop RAG-based solutions leveraging internal data, and manage integrations across enterprise systems. You’ll also serve as the intake lead for AI initiatives, ensuring proper prioritization, governance, and alignment with enterprise standards, while driving adoption and measuring performance, ROI, and accuracy. This role offers a base salary of $150–165K + 15% bonus and is fully onsite in Katy, TX (5 days/week with half-day Fridays).

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Engineering, AI, or related field
5+ years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or enterprise platforms
2+ years of hands-on experience building AI agents or advanced AI solutions
Strong experience with Microsoft AI stack (Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform)
Proven expertise in prompt engineering and RAG architectures
Experience with enterprise data environments (SQL, APIs, data lakes, Dataverse, SharePoint)
Ability to translate business problems into production AI solutions with measurable ROI
Experience working cross-functionally with business, architecture, and security teams
Strong communication skills; able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Retail or large enterprise experience preferred
