Job Description

The Door-to-Door Sales Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring both entry-level and experienced field sales representatives to support regional growth. This role centers on high-volume recruiting for door-to-door sales teams and is critical to building a driven, results-oriented workforce. The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. Strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to identify candidates who succeed in commission-based, customer-facing roles are essential.

Pay Rate: 75,000

Required Skills & Experience

· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Experience recruiting for sales positions required
· Familiarity with door-to-door or direct sales environments
· Ability to multitask and manage high-volume recruiting activity
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
· Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and applicant tracking systems
· Strong organizational and follow-up skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and virtually
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· 5+ years of recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred
