Job Description

A large Utilities Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Change Manager in governing the dual maintenance and retrofit process during the JDE On-Prem to OCI migration. They will be driving project tracking, coordination, and communication across multiple workstreams. This individual will maintain project plans, trackers, and task logs; monitor progress, risks, and dependencies; and follow up with stakeholders to ensure accountability and timely delivery. The role also involves compiling status reports and dashboards, drafting communications, coordinating meetings and action items, and maintaining project documentation, time tracking, and access requests. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills - no specific ERP or cloud migration experience required.

Required Skills & Experience

Manage ticket and request workflows from intake through closure
Track readiness across all phases of the project lifecycle
Support testing efforts and follow up on defects and rework items
Ensure all required steps, approvals, and deliverables are completed prior to progression
Experience with project tracking tools (Excel, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Jira, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting large-scale IT or enterprise projects
Familiarity with ticketing or workflow tools
Exposure to testing cycles or release coordination
