Job Description
A successful candidate will possess the knowledge and skills to gather, process and analyze EHS data of a diverse nature to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. This position will assist in driving achievement of our EHS targets by consolidating and tracking data as well as supporting implementation of department and business strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in implementation of EHS software, including building forms, designing workflows, and transferring data.
• Collect and analyze data, create reports, dashboards and visualizations as it relates to EHS performance for the organization.
• Utilize project management strategies and software for selected projects.
• Collaborate with leaders, corporate EHS and other members to determine areas of improvement in relation to data trends.
• Maintain databases and data systems by addressing errors and monitoring performance.
• Review and update EHS policies and procedures to reflect current practices or to make improvements.
• Manage customer EHS questionnaires and other contractor software packages.
• Ability to rapidly learn, apply new technologies, and conduct research with the ability to make recommendations based on business requirements and evidence-based approaches.
• Inquisitive, adaptable, and interested to learn new tools, gain proficiency quickly, and find ways to use existing functionality to solve problems.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, biology, chemistry, engineering, statistics or other closely related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience or strong internship experience.
• Understanding of database structures, experience building datasets, developing dashboards, conducting analytics.
• Experienced in system implementations, process improvement, user acceptance testing, and related documentation.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Preferred experience with SQL, Snowflake, Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Technical knowledge of EHS and/or Semiconductor equipment a plus.
