Job Description
This Workday Paradox Project Manager runs the day-to-day execution of a 46-week global AI-powered talent acquisition implementation across 12 countries; managing the project plan, coordinating vendors and internal workstreams, tracking risks and actions, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks so Program Manager can stay focused on governance, strategy, and executive relationships.
Candidates who have worked across multiple Workday modules, not just Recruiting, understand how configuration decisions in one module can affect another. This is particularly valuable for this program where Workday Recruiting configuration is a prerequisite and HRIS is a critical internal partner.
Project management fundamentals (at a senior level)
• Expert-level program plan management, building and maintaining a detailed project plan across multiple concurrent workstreams over a 46-week horizon
• RAID log ownership; risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions tracked, updated, and escalated with discipline
• Status reporting; ability to produce a clear, concise, executive-ready program status report without the Program Manager having to rewrite it
• Meeting management; owns the agenda, captures decisions and actions, distributes notes, and follows up on commitments without being asked
• Milestone tracking; understands the difference between a task being done and a milestone being met, and flags the gap immediately (SmartSheet is the Sysco tool)
