Job Description

• Define and Align Portfolio Scope, Roadmap, and Deliverables
o Accountability: Decision-making & Execution
o Impacted Groups: Transformation Team, Legal, Procurement, Brand, AI Solutions, PMO COE
• Establish and Maintain Governance Cadence (RACI, Stage Gates, Approval Cycles)
o Accountability: Decision-making & Execution
o Impacted Groups: Legal, Procurement, Data Governance, Transformation, PMO COE
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Approvals and Compliance (Credo, Legal, Procurement)
o Accountability: Execution & Consultation
o Impacted Groups: Legal, Procurement, Brand, Transformation
• Manage Project Roadmaps, Dependencies, and Milestones
o Accountability: Execution
o Impacted Groups: Transformation Team, Brand, PMO COE, AI Solutions
• Facilitate Weekly Stand-Ups (as needed) and Monthly SteerCo Meetings
o Accountability: Execution & Consultation
o Impacted Groups: Transformation Team, PMO COE, Brand, Legal, Procurement
• Maintain RAID Logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) and KPI Dashboards
o Accountability: Execution
o Impacted Groups: PMO COE, Transformation Team, Brand, AI Solutions
• Centralize and Communicate Project Progress, Status, and Health
o Accountability: Execution & Informed
o Impacted Groups: All project stakeholders, including external agencies
• Orchestrate Resource Allocation and Market Coordination

o Impacted Groups: Transformation Team, Brand, Procurement, PMO COE
• Facilitate Collaborative Knowledge Transfer and Lessons Learned
o Accountability: Consultation & Execution
o Impacted Groups: BU/Sector Project Teams, Transformation Team, PMO COE
• Ensure Benefits Realization and Continuous Improvement Post-Rollout

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of Program, Product, Project and/or Portfolio Management Expertise
• Experience working with and aligning senior stakeholders and cross functional teams
• Strong PMO background
o Proven experience working with risks, budgets, high quality projects and deadlines
• Commercial product experience
• Experience working with digital products across global platforms
• Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital and commercial product ecosystem
