Our client is a General Contractor searching for a Superintendent with Federal construction experience
· Safety, Quality, Schedule, Budget, Assures BCI operational standards
· Identify pre-mobilization activities in conjunction with the Project Manager.
· Develop start-up schedule with the Project Manager.
· Create/Review Subcontractors/Vendor Scopes of Work with Project Manager
· Responsible for updating and implementing construction schedules in the field
· Establish and implement the Project Baseline Schedule based on the project contracts and subcontractor input, taking into elements that might impact the schedule.
· Ensure that all pertinent benchmarks for the project are established and inserted in the baseline schedule
· Subcontractor and site management throughout project
· Meeting management, administrative management, project closeout

Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture - strong plus
· 4-8+ years of Construction experience as a Lead Superintendent.
· Must have some experience working on Federal or State Construction Projects - USACE, NAVFAC, Military Departments, TxDOT
· Must have experience working on projects $20M+ in value
· Is proficient with all required computer programs such as P6, Timberline, Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, Word and SharePoint
· Clean background and can pass drug test
