Senior RMCS Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager responsible for leading the end-to-end RMCS implementation, including defining the go-live timeline and driving execution across multiple workstreams. Acts as the central point of coordination between the Revenue Manager and cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and navigating ambiguity to keep progress on track. Delivers clear status updates, risks, and escalations to VP-level stakeholders, while owning project tracking and documentation in Azure DevOps. Also partners with global teams, including APAC stakeholders, to align priorities, mitigate risks, and maintain momentum across the broader initiative.

• 7+ years of senior-level project management experience leading large-scale, enterprise software implementation projects
• 5+ years of experience managing highly visible projects with direct VP-level or executive stakeholder communication and reporting
• 3+ years of hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for project tracking, task management, and work stream coordination
• 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams and dependencies without direct authority or control over those teams
• 3+ years of experience on finance-related technology projects, with a working understanding of revenue management systems, billing, or cost systems
• Demonstrated experience coordinating with global or APAC-based teams, including availability for off-hours meetings as needed
• Experience working for a Fortune 500 company as a Senior Project Manager

• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification strongly preferred
