Job Description

· Support the preparation, consolidation, submission, and follow-up of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and other planning cycles for IT operations and projects.
· Monitor actual expenditures against budget and forecast, identify variances, and support corrective actions with stakeholders.
· Prepare, maintain, and update financial tracking files, reporting templates, and planning support materials.
· Coordinate and monitor operating and capital expenditures across multiple legal entities, business areas, and IT service scopes.
· Support cost classification, coding, and alignment of expenses to the appropriate cost centers, internal orders, WBS elements, and accounting categories.
· Assist in close activities, including accruals, prepaids, reclassifications, and reconciliations.
· Manage and track recurring IT vendor invoices, including validation, follow-up, and coordination with Accounts Payable and internal stakeholders.
· Support purchase requisitions, purchase orders, service entry sheets, goods receipts, delivery orders, and related procurement transactions.
· Coordinate sourcing and purchasing activities to help ensure timely service continuity.
· Serve as a focal point for IT contract renewals and purchasing follow-up across vendors and business stakeholders.
· Coordinate contract review workflows with Legal, Procurement, and business owners to help ensure agreements are compliant, approved, and executed on time.
· Track contract status, renewals, sourcing requests, and pending actions to support uninterrupted service and operational compliance.
· Reconcile financial data across SAP and other planning or reporting tools to support data accuracy and integrity.
· Prepare periodic reports on actuals, forecasts, commitments, invoice activity, cost trends, and process performance.
· Develop and execute controls and data quality checks to improve the reliability of financial and operational information.
· Work closely with IT service managers, project managers, business representatives, and corporate teams in the U.S. and internationally.
Coordinate across multiple functional areas to move requests through the full purchasing and financial control cycle, including follow-up, issue resolution, and status communication.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong proficiency in SAP, including financial, controlling, purchasing, project, and materials management processes.
Strong experience putting together annual budget, updating forecasts, submiting budgets for approval, monitoring actual expenditures against budget .
Experience supporting purchase requisitions, POs, SES, goods receipts and delivery orders
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Advanced Excel skills and strong command of Microsoft 365 tools are required.
