Job Description

The Enterprise Architect – Next Generation Products, Processes & Systems is a senior, strategic architecture role focused on enabling future proof enterprise solutions as the company transitions to next generation products, platforms, and operating models. This role designs, implements, and supports architecture that ensures existing products and technologies continue to operate effectively, while enabling a scalable and seamless transition to new products, improved orderability, greater end to end visibility, and improved overall customer experience. The role serves as a critical bridge between Product Management, Engineering, and Enterprise IT, ensuring innovation can be successfully sold, delivered, supported, and scaled across the enterprise. The successful candidate will combine enterprise architecture leadership, strong business process understanding, and pragmatic delivery engagement. This person should be equally comfortable shaping target-state architecture, guiding solution trade-offs, and supporting cross-functional teams through implementation. Architecture responsibilities will span core enterprise and customer facing platforms, including but not limited to:
• Enterprise ERP (both current and future ERP solutions)
• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Subscriptions and Billing platforms
• Product License Entitlement systems
• CRM and Sales systems (Salesforce)
• Internally built and managed customer and partner portals
• Integration platforms, workflow orchestration, and reporting / visibility capabilities that support lifecycle management

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture roles
Experience supporting enterprise platforms and large scale transformations (ERP experience preferred)
TOGAF, ERP related, or similar certifications
Enterprise integration and API design
Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS and/or Azure)
Experience with:
o API based integrations
o ETL and data movement
o Enterprise system integration
Experience with leveraging AI tools to architect, design and validate enterprise level services and solutions.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Ability to design end to end solutions and remain engaged through implementation
Strong understanding of how architecture decisions affect orderability, supportability, customer experience, and operational efficiency
Strong communication skills and proven ability to influence across global, cross functional teams
Ability to work hybrid onsite in Austin, early hours to create overlap with global teams (6/7am - 3pm)
