Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager with proven experience delivering large-scale commercial and institutional construction projects, including hospitals, healthcare facilities, higher education, K-12 schools, and industrial facilities.
This role will lead complex electrical scopes from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate has experience managing multi-million dollar electrical packages across ground-up and renovation environments and can operate effectively in highly coordinated, multi-trade job sites.
Salary Range - $150k/year up to $175k/year

Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12+ years of electrical construction project management experience
- Strong background in commercial / institutional construction (healthcare, education, industrial)
- Experience delivering mid-to-large scale projects ($10M+ electrical scope)
Knowledge of:
- NEC and local building codes
- Commercial electrical systems and infrastructure
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and field teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Experience with healthcare/hospital projects (OSHPD or equivalent highly preferred)
- Experience with active/occupied environments (renovations, phased work)
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools
OSHA 30 certification
