Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Tool Owner/Engineer for TEL ACT-8, Lithius, and Lithius ProZ equipment, responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining tools and associated systems (including cooling). This role ensures equipment operates to specification, monitors SPC performance, and drives continuous improvement. The engineer will direct technicians on preventative maintenance, improve PM execution for litho cells, and shift unscheduled downtime into preventive work through strong problem-solving. They will also maintain equipment logs, document repairs, lead troubleshooting plans, and coordinate PM schedules with production to maximize uptime.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience plus a bachelors degree in a technical discipline
Experience must be in maintaining, driving improvement, and writing work procedures for TEL tracks/spinners.
Expertise in troubleshooting electrical-mechanical systems
Self-disciplined with demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently. Strict adherence to written procedures.
The ideal individual must possess: logical, mechanical, technical, analytic, troubleshooting/problem solving skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Engineering experience on the Tel Lithius and Lithuis Pro Z platforms
