Job Description
This contractor will support Reverse Supply Chain operations within the HQ Returns and Inventory Reconciliation Team. The role focuses on preventing negative customer impact and maintaining strict inventory control through detailed investigation, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration with internal partners and a 3rd‑party logistics vendor.
The position is accuracy‑driven and requires meeting daily service level commitments while managing heavy data entry, complex research, and reporting responsibilities. The contractor will also develop daily and weekly reporting on production, service levels, downstream impacts, customer impacts, and other key metrics.
Success in this role requires gaining working knowledge of the full reverse supply chain process – from order creation and data flow across internal/external systems to product receipt and disposition.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-6 years of experience in supply chain or operations, with a focus on inventory reconciliation, reverse logistics, or order fulfillment
• Strong Excel skills (including formulas) with experience building reports and analyzing operational data and KPIs
• Experience working in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and navigating across multiple systems/process flows
• High attention to detail with experience handling large volumes of data entry while maintaining accuracy
• Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through data analysis and research
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced operations environment
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and all levels of the organization
• Comfortable managing repetitive, process-driven tasks while staying adaptable to shifting priorities
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in a deadline-driven, service-level environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Hands-on experience in reverse logistics or returns operations
• Experience working with or coordinating with 3PL/vendor partners
• Experience building or enhancing KPI/service-level reporting
