About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Master Data Manager to lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide data strategy that supports long‑term business goals. This role is responsible for strengthening data governance, improving data quality, and overseeing master data management initiatives across the organization. You will partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, scalable, and consistently governed.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Develop and lead a comprehensive enterprise data strategy aligned to long‑term business objectives.
• Design, evaluate, and enhance master data management (MDM) workflows in collaboration with cross‑functional business and technical partners.
• Establish and guide function-based data stewards to ensure consistent governance, standards, and data ownership.
• Define, monitor, and continuously improve the quality, accuracy, and completeness of master and transactional data.
• Report on data quality adherence, identify exceptions, and drive remediation efforts.
• Lead and mentor data management teams, supporting strong execution, accountability, and professional growth.
• Drive data cleanup and migration initiatives, ensuring highly governed, trusted datasets throughout transformation efforts.

Required Skills & Experience
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated career progression in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or related disciplines.
• Direct experience working with SAP ECC and SAP MDG; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration practices is strongly preferred.
• Proven success leading customer and vendor master data cleanup initiatives that resulted in accurate, well-governed datasets.
• Experience leading or supporting enterprise data migration strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and geographies.
