Job Description
A large financial company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong backend integration expertise and a solid understanding of how to bring data into existing legacy .NET applications and extract data from them using APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), Data Sync, Data Connect, batch processing (including Batch Apex), ETL processes, and middleware solutions.
In addition, candidates should possess practical AI and intelligent automation skills to help modernize integration patterns. This includes experience integrating AI/ML models and Generative AI capabilities into legacy .NET and Salesforce environments, using AI-powered integration platforms, intelligent document processing, vector databases and embeddings for smarter data retrieval, and designing AI-enhanced data pipelines that combine traditional batch/real-time integration with machine learning inference. Familiarity with Responsible AI practices, MLOps concepts, and tools such as Azure OpenAI, MuleSoft AI, or Einstein is highly valued.
This position will start as a 12-month contract with strong possibilities for extensions up to 2 years. Candidates must be able to work hybrid and sit near a company office in Denver, Dallas, or Austin.
Pay rate: $55-$60/hr

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- Strong understanding of the concepts, documentation and design of Web Services and API technologies, including data integration into and out of legacy systems and integrations between other applications
- Experience designing and developing activity diagrams, context diagrams, intersystem dependency diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
- Familiarity of the design and development of a use cases and UML
- Experience working in an Agile environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- SFA Certification
- Experience working on a .Net Application
- Experience in the financial services industry
