Job Description

The Field Engineer will provide on‑site, remote, and deskside technical support across a wide range of hardware and software environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys solving complex technical issues,.

Deliver deskside, remote, and field support for end users, resolving incidents efficiently and professionally.

Hardware Troubleshooting — Diagnose and repair issues with printers, cameras, mobile devices, laptops, desktops, and other peripherals.

Windows Support — Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, user profiles, domain connectivity, and system performance issues.

Cisco Networking — Support Cisco‑based network environments, including switches, routers, and basic network connectivity troubleshooting.

Field Operations — Travel to customer or internal sites to perform installations, repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.

Documentation — Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and issues resolved.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience with both remote/deskside/field technical support

Strong experience troubleshooting on hardware including: printers, cameras, mobile phones, computers, laptops, etc...

Strong experience troubleshooting in Windows and Cisco enviornments

Comfortable working around heavy machinery and working on technology in these types of machines (forklifts, cranes, etc...)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Formal education in Computer Science
