Job Description

An Insight Global client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a high-visibility digital loyalty initiative. This individual will own and lead Scrum ceremonies for a dedicated product team, ensuring structured, efficient, and well-executed Agile delivery. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, UI/UX, and development teams, while also serving as a backup to a senior Scrum Master across multiple digital workstreams.
This role requires strong Agile fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and maintain clean, well-organized sprint boards independently.

Required Skills & Experience

• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience leading Scrum teams in a digital product environment
• Strong understanding of Agile and traditional Scrum processes
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and/or Jira
• Ability to clearly explain and manage:
• User story effort / story points
• Sprint capacity and velocity
• Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for developers and business stakeholders
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Confidence leading discussions, resolving blockers, and speaking up when needed
