Insight Global is seeking to hire a Shipping Supervisor to support daily operations within the Rohde & Schwarz shipping department in Coppell, TX. This role is essential in ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe handling of outgoing finished goods while leading a team in a fast paced logistics environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands on leader with strong organizational skills, experience using ERP systems such as SAP, and a solid understanding of shipping and warehouse processes. This position will oversee staff training and performance, maintain safety and compliance standards, and drive continuous improvement through SOP development and performance monitoring. The Shipping Supervisor will also collaborate closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Additional responsibilities include maintaining equipment and documentation, resolving operational issues, and supporting broader supply chain objectives.

Required Skills & Experience
- SAP or other ERP system experience
- 5+ years of shipping/receiving experience
- 1-3 yrs of supervisory experience
- Inventory practices and safety regulations experience
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
- Highschool or GED
