Job Description

The Office Services Technician is responsible for supporting the daily operations and logistics of a corporate office location. This role works closely with employee‑owners and leadership to ensure office services run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a well‑organized, welcoming, and functional workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, sort, and distribute inbound and outbound mail, including letters, packages, boxes, and dry‑cleaning deliveries.
Prepare shipping labels and coordinate shipments through various ground and express delivery services.
Maintain employee mail recipient lists and mailbox assignments.
Coordinate scheduling, reservations, cleaning, maintenance, and fueling of company fleet vehicles.
Set up and break down conference rooms on a daily basis.
Support new employee onboarding by assisting with workstation setup, ensuring phones, lighting, outlets, and office supplies are ready.
Support employee offboarding by removing, cataloging, and packing desk items and restoring workspaces for future use.
Communicate office needs and maintenance issues with building management, maintenance vendors, office administrators, and other key contacts.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years administrative experience

Strong Excel and Outlook skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work onsite 5 days/week
