Job Description
A client in the Spring, TX area is looking for an Oracle HCM Implementation Analyst to assist with taking ownership of their HR systems environment and drive optimization across recruiting and core HR. This person will truly act as a functional and technical lead who will be responsible for diagnosing current system gaps, recommending improvements, and leading the end to end implementation. Overall, they will help with optimizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud workflows, improving recruiter and hiring manager experience through streamlined processes and ensuring accurate and reliable recruiting data and dashboards. This person will eventually have a hand in helping with the agentic AI implementation for recruiting. This position is looking to pay $75-85/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
5-10+ years as an Oracle SME working with Oracle Fusion HCM
Direct experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Core HCM, Reporting Tools
Strong understanding of HR processes (recruiting, comp, benefits, employee lifecycle)
Experience identifying system gaps and leading end to end improvements
Experience with system migrations or module rollouts within Oracle HCM
Oracle Fusion HCM certifications
Experience with Talent Management modules (performance, succession etc)
Experience working in environments with data quality and system adoption challenges
