Job Description

Salary: 70k

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day Human Resources operations in a fast-paced, multi-department environment. This role is essential to onboarding and offboarding, employee records management, payroll support, ADP reporting, and HR system troubleshooting, with a strong emphasis on maintaining accuracy and discretion. The coordinator will work closely with another HR Administrator to update ADP Workforce Now, prepare offer letters, and manage HR processes, with responsibilities divided by region (TX, FL, VA, CA). The role also involves using a ticketing system to collaborate with IT on onboarding and offboarding tasks, ensuring smooth and timely employee transitions across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1+ years of experience in an HR role
- Experience using ADP or similar payroll platform
- Proficient using Excel: pivot tables
- Bilingual in English and Spanish: verbal and written
- High School Diploma

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Bachelors Degree
