Lead technical delivery with the client and team, ensuring high‑quality, best‑practice solutions.
Own the microservices architecture roadmap and provide hands‑on development and issue resolution as needed.
Provide technical leadership across Kafka, microservices, frontend development, and MongoDB integrations.
Mentor and guide team members, supporting code quality, testing, and Agile delivery.
Collaborate closely with leadership and the broader tech team to drive outcomes in a fast‑changing environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- At least 9+ years of Java API development using Springboot, hands-on troubleshooting and deployment experience. (Mandatory)
- At least 5+ years of front end development with Angular, React, NodeJS.
- 3+ years experience working as a lead and driving high quality outcomes.
- Excellent working knowledge of Open Shift Container Platform and Kubernetes.
- Working knowledge of Kafka will be a huge value add.
- Experience integrating Java based applications with Mongo DB.
- Demonstrate strong design and programming skills using JSON, Web Services, XML, XSLT, PL/SQL in Unix and Windows environments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams and in an Agile environment
