Job Description

This Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple large, mission‑critical construction projects at the same time, primarily data centers and industrial builds, with a heavy focus on structural steel.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Owning projects end-to-end
High level estimating & bidding
Running Mission-Critical projects
Will be leading and mentoring PMs, PEs, and Design Managers
Senior client and stakeholder management

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of hands-on project management
5+ years of data center project management experience
- $10 Million+ budgets
Experience with managing multiple project portfolios
Proficiency in relevant software (Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD/Revit, or equivalent)
25% travel

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

PMP Cert
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field
