Job Description
An education employer in the Sugar Land area is seeking 27 Field Analysts to join their end of year support staff. These 27 will join a team of 60+ analysts and be responsible for helping collect laptops, identify problems/issues with the laptops, document everything, etc. The first week, the Analysts will be assigned a specific school where they will work to get fully brought up to speed with onboarding, the tools and technology they use and help support the students at their assigned campus. The second and third week, he analysts will be assigned another high school where they will help with the onsite laptop collection and inspection of the students. They may also be required to provide basic troubleshooting for the equipment as needed during this process. The Analysts must be able to work the entire 3 week duration and commit to schedule. This position pays $17-$17.50/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
Basic understanding of IT troubleshooting knowledge (hardware refresh, password refresh, reimaging, etc)
Previous experience using MS Teams, MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel
Previous experience providing customer service level support
Ability to follow directions and show up on time
Must pass drug and background check
Must be able to work the entire duration with out any days off, dr appts, etc - need 100% commitment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Any IT certifications (A+, CompTIA IT, CompTIA +, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, etc)
