Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead a cross-functional Agile team delivering modern web applications built on a React/TypeScript micro front-end architecture with a Python-based backend (FastAPI/Flask). This role will partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure predictable delivery, strong team collaboration, and continuous improvement in a distributed Agile environment.
The ideal candidate has deep experience supporting engineering-heavy teams, strong command of Agile/Scrum principles, and the technical fluency needed to operate effectively within complex, API-driven systems.
Key Responsibilities
-Facilitate core Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
-Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to maintain a prioritized, well-groomed backlog
-Enable strong collaboration between front-end and back-end engineering teams within a micro front-end ecosystem
-Identify and remove team impediments, manage risks, and surface dependencies proactively
-Drive continuous improvement using Agile metrics, retrospectives, and team feedback
-Communicate sprint progress, risks, and delivery status clearly to stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience
-5-8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams
-Strong experience leading teams working in Agile/Scrum environments across the full SDLC
-Proven experience supporting distributed or remote teams
-Technical Environment (Hands-on familiarity required)
--> Front-end: React, TypeScript
--> Back-end: Python, FastAPI, Flask
--> Architectures: Micro front-ends, RESTful APIs
--> Version control & CI/CD: GitLab
--> Databases: SQL, NoSQL (Oracle exposure a plus)
--> Testing & quality practices (Selenium, Playwright, PyTest familiarity a plus)
--> Cloud exposure: AWS (nice to have)
Preferred Qualifications
-Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent)
-Experience supporting multi-application platforms or shared services teams
-Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
