Insight Global is seeking an organized, hands‑on IT Support Technician to support a short‑term device deployment initiative. This role will focus on unboxing, configuring, and preparing network devices for distribution across 155 office locations, along with basic IT support and ticket tracking.

Required Skills & Experience
• Prior experience with PC imaging and device deployment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and asset receiving processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable lifting 20–30 lbs
Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Plano
