Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Robotics Engineer to work for a client in the Dallas Fort Worth area. This individual is expected to solve complex engineering problems, dress and debug robots. The position plays a role in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing robotic systems within a manufacturing environment. The role contributes to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing downtime, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- Must have experience with Cobots
- 3D modeling experience
- PLC experience using Rockwell systems (Studio 5000 and Factory Talk Optix)
- Proficient in every facet of robotics engineering
- Capable of providing robotics engineering service for all typical process applications
- Perform robot reach studies and station cycle time analysis.
- Provide design suggestions for end-effector and tooling.
- Create off-line robot programs.
- Download offline robot programs using the robot teach pendant.
